Daily and weekly bonuses are never available

This would be a good game, but for the bonuses that are never there. Ive tried to contact the game keeper several times after "this bonus may have already been claimed". I have no idea who claims my bonuses, but it is huge tease to be offered something which is never available. The latest message tells me I claimed the bonus 0.0.0 ago. Bottom line, I never get it.Spoils the fun of the game.
I repeat! Links to bonuses dont work. No matter what are offered, the best that happens is a useless "free spin".

Gets worse.
Couldnt gets to lobby to collect 4 hour bonuses or select a different game. Not that it would matter, my favorite slots have been disabled months ago.
I requested support. Suggestion was to upgrade. I did. The program still crashes when I attempt to reach the lobby.
